- Schedule and attend selection meetings with homeowners and vendors.
- Obtain and finalize estimates after selections and relay to builder.
- Facilitate and attend MEP walkthroughs, creating red line electrical plans and relay to the builder and sub-contractor.

Michelle Haney, owner and operator, is an East Tennessee native and an alumni of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has worked in some aspect of the building industry for the last 14+ years, having worked in kitchen and bath design, home staging/design and selections coordinator for one of Knoxville’s premier builder’s. Michelle

Michelle has 3 boys Alex, Will and Hayes and of course, the apple of her eye, her dog Murphy.
